Purple Frog Solutions is an expanding business based in the North-East of England. The company began trading in 2004 supplying PC systems together with a home repair and support service with an aim, at the time, of providing high quality customer service while still offering excellent value for money. It was felt that the computer sales industry lacked the availability of sound, honest guidance and support for home users and that was the ethos on which the company was created.


In the time since then, Purple Frog has expanded somewhat and while the original intentions and principles still stand, some of the business areas have changed. We are still activley involved in providing computer and other technology solutions to home users but have also moved into the corporate services arena, with several private and voluntary sector organisations benefiting from our services. We are also, due to demand from our customers, moving into web development and have several clients established who have had or are in the process of having websites developed. We see this area of our business as a large growth area and wish to build on the customer base we have established in the coming years. We also see the area of bespoke software development as an area with great potential. We have a team of qualified staff who are experienced in this field and who have a desire to support businesses so that they might continue to grow in efficiency and effectiveness which will lead to the maximisation of their own potential.


A further expansion area has been away from the technology market and into more generic business services. We are already working with customers who have requested our support for a range of business problems due to our significant track-record with supporting, in particular, small and medium sized enterprises. Continuing outside of technology we are keen to work with any business or individual who has the ambition to move forward in new directions and try new business ideas.
